Hours: 34 hours per week, 7.75 hours Monday-Thursday and 3 hours Friday

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning & Development (L&D) Apprentice. You will support the delivery of training programs, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall learning culture within the organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assist in the coordination and administration of training programs

and workshops.

-Support the creation of learning materials and resources.

-Help maintain training records and track employee development.

-Work with colleagues to identify training needs across the

business.

-Assist in organising learning events and ensuring smooth delivery.

-Provide support in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering

feedback.

-Stay up to date with HR and L&D trends as part of your

professional development

Skills & Experience:

-A keen interest in Learning & Development and HR.

-Strong organisational and communication skills.

-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

-Willingness to learn and develop in a professional environment.

-Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

-Adopts a continuous improvement mindset.

-Has ability to build relationships across the business

-Five GCSEs (including English and mathematics) or equivalent. Alternatively, relevant work experience would be considered

Remote/hybrid/office based (travel required):

Hybrid – 20% in office per week minimum

Apprenticeship Information

  • As part of the Apprenticeship qualification you must either have achieved C / 4 grade (or

    above) for Maths and English or be willing to undertake these as part of your studies.

Training to be provided:

Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on your prior knowledge.

  • Learning and Development L3 Standard, 18 months practical with an additional 3 months End

    Point Assessment period.

  • Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT (if required).
