Create and Curate compelling content, including eye-catching visuals, engaging videos and Witty Captions in line with the client's tone of voice with an aim to captivate our audience and spark engaging conversations.
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, optimizing the posting times for maximum reach and engagement.
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages and cultivate an engaged audience that reflects our client's values and personality.
Analyse social media performance metrics with an eye to increasing brand awareness for the company. Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continued improvement.
Collaborate with The Creative Composite Marketing Manager and ads manager in order to deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform/algorithm updates and industry best practices to stay ahead of the game.
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality, health, lifestyle or the entertainment industry.
Have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features and best practices for audience engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
You have strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box that’ll enable you to create unique and engaging content.
Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools to measure and track performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for the health industry and a curiosity to explore new ways to connect with our audience.
Proven experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook.
