Content Creator Level 3 Apprenticeship

The Creative Composite Agency Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a confident, highly creative and dynamic individual to join their small, supportive team, as a Content Creator Apprentice. The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced environment where they will be working on several projects, developing high-quality and engaging material for social media platforms in addition to keeping up to date with the latest social media trends and identifying opportunities for continued improvement. They will be resilient, a problem solver and someone who can think outside of the box, with a passion for the health industry and willingness to get stuck in! This role involves travelling as there will be an expectation to carry out shoots or assist the head of media with content shoots from the client’s premises.

Day-to-day duties may involve:

  • Develop and execute captivating social campaigns that align with client's brand identity and marketing objectives.

  • Create and Curate compelling content, including eye-catching visuals, engaging videos and Witty Captions in line with the client's tone of voice with an aim to captivate our audience and spark engaging conversations.

  • Schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels, optimizing the posting times for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages and cultivate an engaged audience that reflects our client's values and personality.

  • Analyse social media performance metrics with an eye to increasing brand awareness for the company. Identify trends, insights and opportunities for continued improvement.

  • Collaborate with The Creative Composite Marketing Manager and ads manager in order to deliver a marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform/algorithm updates and industry best practices to stay ahead of the game.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in the hospitality, health, lifestyle or the entertainment industry.

  • Have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, their unique features and best practices for audience engagement.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • You have strong creative skills and an ability to think outside the box that’ll enable you to create unique and engaging content.

  • Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools to measure and track performance.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • A passion for the health industry and a curiosity to explore new ways to connect with our audience.

  • Proven experience in creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Facebook.

  • An enthusiastic team player with a resilient, and problem-solving attitude

  • Willingness to travel & get stuck in!

Training to be provided: Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role.

  • Content Creator Level 3 Standard, 15 months practical with an additional 2 month End Point Assessment period 

  • Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required)

Working Week and Hours: 40 hours average

Monday to Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. WFH on Fridays and occasional weekend work depending on client requirements.

Salary: £18k per annum with 40 hours per week.
