Day-to-day duties may involve:
Obtain CVs from candidates and format them using pre-existing
templates to send to clients
Merge duplicate contacts and clients on our Sales database to
ensure accurate records
Use multiple tools to update the database with new contacts
Source or identify email addresses for contacts on the database
Upload new candidates onto the database from job boards, and
tag up appropriately
Meeting all procedures and carrying out relevant processes to
ensure industry codes of ethics and relevant legislation are
adhered to
Growing the existing client base
Business administration

Essential qualifications:
GCSE Math and English A-C are essential

Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Standard, 12 months practical with an additional 6 weeks End Point Assessment period.

08:30 – 17:30 Monday-Thursday
08:30 – 17:00 Friday
Salary: Apprenticeship Wage; from £6.40 per hour / £240 per week
