Customer Service & Sales Level 3 Apprenticeship

Supremo Nutrition has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Apprentice to join their busy team!

Supremo Nutrition is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of high-quality food supplements, offering a comprehensive range of 33 products to distributors, online retailers, and e-commerce platforms. Their extensive portfolio caters to various health and wellness needs, ensuring that their customers have access to a broad selection of supplements to support their active lifestyles. With a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction, Supremo Nutrition is a trusted name in the supplement industry. 

Day-to-day duties may involve:

  • Assist in establishing partnerships with health food chains and gyms across the UK

  • Support the sales team in launching new products and driving sales growth through these partnerships

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and growth opportunities in the health and wellness industry

  • Track and analyse sales data to inform partnership and sales strategies

  • Engage with partners and customers, handling inquiries and providing product recommendations

Desired personal skills and qualities:

  • Passion for health, wellness, and sales

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with the UK health food and gym industry is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

 Future Prospect: Potential full time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

 Training to be provided:

Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on the learner's prior knowledge.

  • Customer Service with a Sales Specialism Level 3 Standard - 15 months practical with an additional 6 weeks End Point Assessment period.

  • Functional Skills in Maths, and English and ITC (if required).

Working Week and Hours:

  • 40 hours per week 

  • Monday - Friday, 9am till 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break

  • This role is fully remote with an element of travelling to the office (W1J 5BF) please ensure you can work from home. 

 Salary: £6.40 per hour
