The Commonwealth War Graves Commission is an organisation dedicated to honouring and caring for the graves and memorials of service members who died in the two World Wars. The Opportunity
As an L&D Apprentice, you will embark on a journey that blends hands-on experience with top-notch training. This apprenticeship is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the world of Learning and Development.
You will:

What you need to have
We seek motivated and enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and grow. To succeed in this role, you should have:
A passion for helping others learn, grow and develop.
Excellent communication skills and natural curiosity with the ability to build positive
relationships with stakeholders to provide good customer service.
Strong organisational skills.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and the use of creative digital resources (e.g. using
a tool like Powerpoint, Premierpro video editing, Canva).

Apprenticeship Information
As part of the Apprenticeship qualification you must either have achieved C / 4 grade (or
above) for Maths and English or be willing to undertake these as part of your studies.

Training to be provided:
Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on your prior knowledge.
Learning and Development L3 Standard, 18 months practical with an additional 3 months End
Point Assessment period.
Functional Skills in Maths, English, and ICT (if required).
